There's that saying that your heart skips a beat when you first meet someone you fall for. At that moment, you love everything about them, but then a lot of things can happen and you realise they're not the one for you. This song is about looking back on that moment and realising you made a mistake.

The Music Goes On is my take on a heavy topic that has affected us all in so many ways over the past year. I wrote this song last year in lockdown when I realised how much I missed all the things that I had been taking for granted. I missed friends and family and one of the main things I missed was music. This song is about realising this, and celebrating those things while you can. The positive that came out of all of this was this song; recorded with Josh Scuberth at Endomusia Studios - The Music Goes On!
